Description
Baxter was a very average monkey, until he was placed in a pair of men's tightie whitie underwear. That's when he immediately achieved consciousness, learned to talk and developed rudimentary kung fu skills. Those three things are the least absurd things to happen in this gonzo B&W comedy.
